Procurement Specialist with Hungarian language

Job description

We are looking for candidate for indirect procurement with strong technical background and CAPEX projects experience within production company who will be supporting mostly Hungarian business. 

Your main responsibility will be: 

• Ensure efficient and timely execution of the approved user needs (released Purchase Requisitions) into Purchase Orders for assigned goods and services.
• Timely follow up on deliveries of ordered goods and services and perform all related procurement logistics.
• Comply with the defined sourcing strategies and contracts; perform price benchmarking and negotiations with suppliers for the assigned goods and services without defined sourcing strategies and contracts.
• Continuously improve procurement services rendered to internal customers. 
• Perform prequalification & evaluation of supplier performance.
• Ensuring tenders for big CAPEX projects

Place of work: remote, preferably from Bratislava region, with regular business trips to Hungary.

Personality requirements

• High school or University degree in economics or technical science.
• Preferable 5 years in procurement within manufacturing company.
• Experience within CAPEX projects and tenders.
• High level negotiation and analytical skills.
• Technical understanding of manufacturing technology/environment.
• High level orientation on internal clients. 
• Deep understanding of Procure to pay process
• English language - B2 (communication level)
• Hungarian language - B2 (communication level)
• MS Office - user 
• e-auction experience
• SAP - user
