Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive export growth in Austria.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and construction companies to ensure product availability in target markets.

  • Manage projects from the design phase through to product application on-site.

  • Establish and nurture connections with architects, designers, consultants, construction companies, applicators, developers, investors, and relevant authorities.

  • Oversee the entire sales process—from initial contact to final delivery—ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, competitors, and target markets.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to senior management.

  • Manage budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and standards.

Personality requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales in construction industry, with a proven track record of success.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Solid knowledge of export regulations and standards.

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.

  • Fluency in German and English is required; combined with Slovak or Czech is an advantage.
