Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive export growth in Austria.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and construction companies to ensure product availability in target markets.
Manage projects from the design phase through to product application on-site.
Establish and nurture connections with architects, designers, consultants, construction companies, applicators, developers, investors, and relevant authorities.
Oversee the entire sales process—from initial contact to final delivery—ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, competitors, and target markets.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to senior management.
Manage budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and standards.

Personality requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales in construction industry, with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Solid knowledge of export regulations and standards.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
Fluency in German and English is required; combined with Slovak or Czech is an advantage.
