Job description

Our business is located in whole Slovakia, partly Austria, which offers many opportunities to visit different type of production sites and meet many interesting people in different positions. Travelling will be rather occasional than regular with the aim to get to know your business partners and segments. 

Your responsibility will be following: 

  • Build strong relations with business representatives, understands business challenges, integrates them into the department priorities.

  • Ensure delivery of the succession planning, workforce planning, recruitment, hiring, training needs analysis, performance management, individual development plans, compensation and benefits according to the defined company standards and actively contribute to the increase of OHS standards.

  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

  • Active participation in human resources projects such as employer branding, digitization, business inquisitions etc.

  • Coach assigned management line in HR related topics.

  • Cooperates with HR Controller in terms of reporting delivery to business units.

Personality requirements

  • University Education (Masters degree)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Business Partner in international, preferably production company.

  • Experienced in labor code practical application.

  • Understanding of remuneration principles and their practical implementation.

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Business understanding

  • HR Processes knowledge

  • Project management skills 

  • Training, facilitation and coaching skills

  • Willingness to travel on occasional bases

  • English language - fluent

  • German language - advantage, not must

  • SAP HR Modul - advantage

  • MS Office - experienced user

  • Driving licence B - active driver
