We are looking for a strategic partner to shape and implement our vision for facility management and security across our group of companies.
Your Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute the Facility & Security strategy in alignment with business needs and in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
✅ Define and maintain internal standards for building infrastructure and security processes.
✅ Plan and conduct audits, monitor implementation of corrective actions.
✅ Oversee long-term infrastructure planning and maintenance.
✅ Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

➡️ Bachelor’s Degree (mechanical, electrical, industrial, civil engineering)
➡️ 5+ years in facility and security role
➡️ Long-term facility and security improvement planning
➡️ Aligning with company goals and sustainability targets
➡️ Cost optimization and energy efficiency initiatives
➡️ Project management (Planning and executing facility upgrades or security installations, contractor management, timeline and resource coordination)
➡️ CCTV, access control, intrusion detection systems
➡️ Emergency response planning and crisis management
➡️ Physical security risk assessments
➡️ Familiarity with local and EU regulations (e.g. fire safety, buildings codes)
➡️ Coordination with locations PoC and OHS teams
➡️ Preventive and corrective maintenance planning
➡️ Technical documentation (ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals)
➡️ Event root cause analysis
➡️ English – fluent
