Fleet Manager
Job description
For our procurement team in Rohožník we are opening new position, which would help us with managing the car fleet across Danucem Region (Slovakia, Hungary, Austria).
Your main responsibilities will be:
✅Oversee and coordinate the company car fleet across the Danucem region (SK, HU, AT), ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
✅Act as the primary point of contact for operational leasing companies in cooperation with Procurement department with the aim to manage contracts, lease agreements, and fleet utilization.
✅Monitor and optimize fleet performance by analyzing usage, cost-efficiency, and maintenance schedules.
✅Analyze the individual technical needs from each segment across Danucem.
✅Base on outcomes of technical analyses to propose technical solutions available on the market with the aim to ensure the best possible car fleet utilisation.
✅Act as a liaison between the company and external vendors, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any operational issues promptly.
✅Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and safety regulations across all fleet operations in the Danucem Region.
✅Prepare and present regular reports on fleet performance, costs, and operational improvements.
✅Collaborate with HR, finance, and procurement teams to align fleet policies with company objectives.
✅Provide ad-hoc reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress.
✅Build and maintain contacts with suppliers, dealers and partners and think together with the suppliers about changes or improvements of processes and products (price/quality).

Personality requirements
➡️Education on at least secondary vocational level, preferably a technical background with strong analytical skills.
➡️Experienced car technician with administration or customer support experience preferably in car/fleet management, leasing operations, or a related field, preferably within an international environment.
➡️Great written and verbal communication skills.
➡️Leadership skills, including goal setting, motivation and training.
➡️Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
➡️Understanding of basic vehicle mechanics, including the ability to identify when major repairs are needed.
➡️Good problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
➡️Exceptional organization, time management and multitasking abilities.
➡️Keen attention to detail.
➡️Familiar with lease companies and the car market/automotive.
