Treasury Manager
Job description
We are looking for a new colleague into our Finance Department in Kosice, whose role will be:
to structure, develop and lead the treasury department of Danucem region, including Banking, Financing, Insurance and CO2,
to oversee the treasury forecast of all counties (Slovakia, Hungary & Austria),
to ensure sufficient financing (external or internal) at any given time,
to monitor and mitigate FX currency exposure of all entities,
to support CFO by supervising all financing and (financial) investment activities of Danucem region,
to ensure compliance with Group Treasury and Insurance policies,
to manage actively relationships with relevant partners and authorities,
to ensure adequate risk management by aligning the Group Insurance policy with local legal requirements and policies,
to act as a liaison with the local insurance broker and the group broker,
to coordinate CO2 trading,
to mitigate the FX risk and execute spot or CF derivative trading,
to directly manage team dealing with T/E settlements in Danucem region.
Key tasks of the role:
to ensure compliance with Group Treasury policy.
to lead ongoing development and growth of the Slovak T&E Specialists team.
to prepare the treasury forecast of legal entities in Danucem region to manage short-term and long-term liquidity of Danucem region entities, in order to ensure the capability of companies to meet their financial obligations at all times.
to negotiate and maintain insurance agreements and policies for Danucem region.

Personality requirements
Master's degree in Finance & Accounting or Economics,
minimum 3 - 5 years in international companies working across Finance & Banking,
knowledge of treasury management,
knowledge of credit management,
knowledge of insurance,
knowledge of financial markets and instruments,
understanding of accounting rules (IFRS and statutory) commercial and insurance legislation,
English Language - B2 - active user
